What this includes:

 

1. Personalised Consultation (1 Hour)
A private session to explore:

Physical needs (injuries, menopause, posture, gait)

Mental/emotional blocks (anxiety, ADHD, trauma)

Spiritual intentions (grounding, grief, reconnection with nature)

 

This is not generic yoga it is a presciption of  a walking ritual rooted in psychological, somatic, and energetic expertise.


 

2. Custom Walking Yoga Routine (equivalent of 3–4 classes)
I create:

A recorded  audio sequence of walking yoga tailored to you

Breath cues, pace guidance, affirmations, and postural instructions

Somatic and spiritual alignment suggestions (the balance of focus on the body, mind, emotion and soul will be individually tailored as not all resonates with everyone).  This may include specialised healing sound frequencies.

This would be equivalent to 3–4 private yoga classes (usually £60–£90 each). That alone would cost £180–£360 elsewhere.  This becomes your therapeutic anchor.  On booking you also get a free ebook worth £9.99.
 

3. Ongoing Use
Unlike drop-in yoga, this is yours to use forever. The value multiplies over time.
It becomes their ritual toolkit, their “reset button” — ideal for those feeling burntout and overwhelmed.
