COACHING
I am trained in a wide range of coaching practices some more psychological and others more holistic and wellbeing focused. Any can involve all of these strands. I am trained in: Life Coaching, Life Purpose & Career Coaching, Health and Nutrition Coaching as an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Female Empowerment Coaching, Spiritual Development Coaching, Spiritual Emergence Coaching®, Performance Coaching for Actors and Sportspeople, Shamanic Coaching, and Relationship Coaching. My approach is deeply informed by my Jungian training. I integrate holistic practices such as Aromatherapy, Feng Shui, Energy Healings (Shamanic Practice, Angelic Reiki, Astral Surgery, Crystal & Chakra Healing) and Sound Healing.
Additionally, my expertise in Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork, and as a Clinical Hypnotherapist trained in many approaches to weight loss, including virtual gastric band surgery and psychoneuroimmunology (interactions between the psychological processes, the nervous system, and the immune system) allows me to integrate physical wellness into the coaching process. With this comprehensive blend, I guide clients to explore their unconscious motivations, life patterns, and personal growth, offering a holistic pathway to transformation— mind, body, and spirit.
Prior to being a psychologist I worked in blue chip international corporations within internal communications and within media (within newspapers, public relations and marketing) and fashion buying (childrenswear, womenswear and jewellery). I incorporate this experience and knowledge of leadership and business-based team dynamics and internal communciations into my work.
I take a therapeutic coaching approach blending psychological insight with holistic practices to guide clients on their journey of self-discovery and transformation. By exploring deeper layers, we can unlock profound personal growth and alignment.
The process begins with a free zoom consultation (10-15 mins) to see if we are a good fit. A comprehensive intake assessment during the first two sessions, where I use psychometric measures (standardised questionnaires) to create a detailed map of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour and physical wellness if appropriate. Together, we will identify the core difficulties and design a plan that aligns with your goals. I maintain a transparent approach, always explaining why I use specific methods and how they may help you to reach your goals. I welcome questions and am open when things are not working and we may need to refer you to someone else.
We will consistently review progress, ensuring that we stay aligned with your needs. I work exclusively with women because this is where my work is most effective and deeply aligned.
The frameworks, language, and somatic approaches I use are shaped by women’s lived realities, including trauma patterns, caregiving roles, hormonal transitions, relational conditioning, and late-identified neurodivergence.

Fees
Sessions are £200 (90 minutes) for more results driven coaching (Life, Life Purpose & Career, Relationship, ADHD, Performance and Female Empowerment) and more exploratory and therapeutic coaching is £150 (60 minutes). This is for Spiritual Development Coaching, Spiritual Emergence Coaching®, Yoga & Meditation Coaching and Shamanic Coaching. Group Coaching is offered with specific programmes that are advertised and priced individually, as and when available.
Coaching can often be more expensive than therapy per session but sessions are not as frequent. The higher price is due to several key factors:
1. Goal-Oriented and Results-Driven: Coaching is typically more future-focused, working on personal or professional goals with measurable outcomes. It requires a highly tailored, results-driven approach, which can demand more time and specialised skills from the coach.
2. Customisation and Accessibility: Coaching is often more flexible and personalised, with customized plans that address specific areas such as career development, life purpose, or leadership skills. Coaches may offer more accessibility between sessions, including email or phone support, adding value and convenience to the client.
3. Broader Scope: Coaching can cover areas that extend beyond emotional healing, such as performance optimisation, business strategy, or personal development, which require expertise across different domains. Coaches may also draw on various fields like leadership, business, and wellness, which can increase the depth and breadth of the service.
4. Investment in Personal and Professional Growth: Coaching is often viewed as an investment in achieving significant personal or professional milestones, which can create a higher perceived value. Clients may seek coaching to achieve specific life goals, improve performance, or unlock potential, making the services more specialized and focused on high-impact outcomes.
5. Intensive and High-Impact Work: Coaching often involves more intensive sessions and a hands-on approach. The coach may be more actively involved in helping the client strategise and take action in real-time, which can demand greater energy and engagement from the coach.
Overall, the higher cost of coaching reflects the personalised, results-driven nature of the work, the breadth of expertise, and the focused investment in achieving specific outcomes.

"Jungian coaching goes beyond surface-level change, tapping into the depths of the unconscious to reveal hidden truths. It’s through these deep explorations that true transformation occurs, aligning the conscious mind with the soul’s purpose."
Dr Tracy
"Without aligning the unconscious mind, non-depth coaching only scratches the surface, offering temporary solutions. True, sustained change happens when the deeper layers of the psyche are explored, allowing transformation to take root at the core of who we are."
