We offer online closed group therapy sessions for those struggling with depression, trauma, anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Grief and Loss, Addiction and attachment challenges.
Our groups provide a supportive, confidential environment where participants can share their experiences, gain insights and coping strategies and experience emotional processing. Group therapy offers the opportunity to connect with others who understand your journey, while benefiting from professional facilitation to help you achieve lasting change.
Whether you're facing long-term trauma, the daily pressures of OCD, have or battling addiction, group therapy creates a space where you can feel understood and supported by others on similar paths.

Group Details
Closed Groups: Once a group is formed, no new members join, creating a safe, consistent space for trust and openness to develop over time.
Duration: Each group runs for 2 hours weekly, and vary in length:
12 sessions - Depression & Anxiety Groups
24 sessions - OCD & Trauma
52 sessions Addiction, Complex Trauma and Attachment Difficulties
Cost: £60 per session.
Participants: Each group operates with a minimum of 6 participants maximum of 10, ensuring a balanced dynamic of engagement and interaction.
Types of Groups We Offer:
Depression: Focuses on breaking negative thought patterns, building resilience, and fostering a sense of purpose and motivation.
Trauma: Helps individuals process traumatic experiences in a safe, empathetic space, allowing for emotional healing and the development of coping strategies with a key focus on balancing the nervous system and somatic approaches.
Anxiety: Provides tools and strategies to manage overwhelming feelings, reduce anxiety symptoms, and regain control over daily life.
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD): Supports individuals in managing obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors, promoting healthier ways of thinking and behaving.
Attachment Challenges: Focuses on understanding relationship dynamics, building healthy attachment styles, and improving personal connections.
Addiction: Helps individuals work through the psychological and emotional roots of addiction while building a supportive community for long-term recovery. Groups are split by types of addiction (drug, alcohol, sex, pornography)
How to Get Started:
To ensure the right fit for each participant and maintain a cohesive group dynamic, all of our therapy groups require prior registration and an initial consultation for £60. If a good fit we then plan for the next entry date into an available group.
