Duration: Sessions typically last between 50 minutes to 1 hour. The number of sessions varies but generally ranges from 6 to 12 sessions for short-term goals or can extend for 6 months to a year for more in-depth transformation.


Process: You’ll begin by setting clear goals, followed by exploring obstacles, refining strategies, and taking actionable steps. Your coach will provide feedback, guidance, and accountability at every step of the way.

A unique aspect of my coaching approach is the integration of Jungian depth psychology. Jungian life coaching goes beyond surface-level goal setting and dives into the unconscious patterns that shape your behaviours, thoughts, feelings and decisions.

Archetype Exploration: We explore the archetypes influencing your life’s narrative—whether it’s the Hero, the Caregiver, or the Lover By understanding which archetypes are dominant, you can better understand the forces driving your behaviour.
  
Shadow Work: This involves identifying and integrating the parts of yourself that you may have suppressed or denied. Working through the Shadow can help you overcome self-sabotaging behaviours and release the blocks that hold you back from your true potential.

 

Individuation: One of the core goals of Jungian coaching is individuation, or becoming the person you are meant to be. It’s about integrating the conscious and unconscious parts of yourself, leading to greater self-awareness and fulfillment.
 

Dream Work: Dreams offer valuable insight into the unconscious mind. In Jungian coaching, we use your dreams to explore hidden patterns, fears, and opportunities for growth.

 

Myth and Symbolism: We look at the symbolic and mythic themes in your life that represent deeper truths, helping you understand your purpose and navigate your personal journey.
