What is this Workshop About?


Perimenopause can feel like a chaotic dance of emotions, physical discomfort, and self-doubt. But what if you could find your rhythm and move with the changes instead of against them? This workshop will guide you in tuning into your body’s signals and learning how to "dance away" (sometimes with actual dancing and sometimes metaphorically!) the discomfort, doubt, and confusion that often accompany this stage of life.
 

Through a blend of balancing the nervous system through vagal toning and  somatic movement, mindfulness practices, and practical tools, you’ll learn how to move with the changes instead of feeling overwhelmed by them. Get ready to embrace the flow of this transition and feel empowered to step confidently into your next chapter.

I am a clinical psychologist and holistic healer who specialises in guiding women through major life transitions like perimenopause.  I am currently in perimenopause and also have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and each of these can exacerbate the other, so I've had to focus on all my own available tools!  My approach blends psychological expertise, holistic nutritional training, somatic practices, talking therapy interventions and energy healing to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit.
