Chartered Clinical Psychologist
Every story has a breaking point — and a rewrite.
My work lives in that liminal place between the life you’ve survived and the life you’re ready to claim. I’m a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, trauma specialist, hypnotherapist, Jungian and shamanic practitioner, and someone who has spent decades helping people understand the nervous system, heal emotional wounds, and reconnect with their inner authority.
But more importantly, I’m a writer who believes that insight should feel like exhale, that science and soul can share the same sentence, and that we become more ourselves every time we put language to our lived experience.
I write across several platforms, each one a doorway into a different aspect of human transformation: trauma, ADHD, spiritual emergence, parenting, relationships, mental health representations in the media, criminal behaviour the energy body, and the unspoken emotional codes we inherit. The tone is always the same: grounded, compassionate, and deeply human.
Below, you’ll find the collection of my recent work — the places where the nervous system meets narrative, and where healing becomes something you can feel in your body.
My writing platforms:
Wired to Wonder celebrates the spiralling, intuitive, beautifully unconventional mind of ADHD. It blends neuroscience with lived experience, honours the creative way ADHD brains think, feel, and sense the world, and reframes executive function as a rhythm rather than a rule.
Wounds to Wisdom explores trauma, the nervous system, relational wounds, and the psychology of healing. It translates the lived reality of survival into grounded clinical depth, somatic understanding, and embodied compassion.
Consciousness Corner is where the inner world opens. It explores altered states, symbolic dreams, archetypes, kundalini awakening, shamanic healing, and the subtle energetic patterns that shape psyche and spirit.
Raising with Rhythm brings the psychology of parenting into everyday life. It focuses on developmental theory, trauma-informed care, attachment theory and nervous system attunement to help parents raise children in sync with their biology, emotions, and emerging identity.
Attachment Alchemy explores the emotional chemistry of adult relationships: attachment wounds, bonding patterns, nervous system synchrony, triggers, intimacy, and the rewriting of old relational templates into secure connection.
Decoding Darkness offers a forensic lens on behaviour shaped by trauma, conditioning, and human complexity. It examines the shadows of offending, harm, and survival strategies with nuance, compassion, and psychological precision.
Diagnosis Drama looks at how film, television, and media portray mental health and personality. It brings psychological accuracy to characters, diagnoses, trauma narratives, dissociation, psychopathy, and neurodivergence, separating stereotype from truth and turning cultural stories into teachable moments.
Rewrite the Road is a psychological travel journal where memory, place, culture, and emotion intersect. It explores how landscapes mirror inner worlds, and how movement becomes a form of self-renewal and story rewriting.
Quantum Rewrite (on Medium) brings together trauma psychology, spiritual emergence, nervous system science, and personal evolution, offering reflections that help readers understand not just what they think, but what they feel.
Together, these blogs form a constellation of healing perspectives, each one reconnecting people with their inner truth, each one rooted in the belief that no story is fixed and every life can be rewritten.

“Writing is the mind’s way of organising chaos. The moment we put an experience into language, the brain shifts from reacting to understanding — and that single shift is often where healing begins.”
Dr Tracy

"Knowledge sharing is a psychological mirror: we offer what we’ve learned, and in doing so, we see our own patterns more clearly. Teaching others is one of the quietest ways we evolve ourselves."
